Principle of Honeycomb Dehumidification Drying Machine:


The core component of the Jiayin Honeycomb Wheel Dehumidification Drying Machine series is a honeycomb shaped dehumidification wheel that rotates slowly and continuously. The wheel is divided into three zones: dehumidification zone, regeneration zone, and cooling zone. When the humid air that needs to be dehumidified enters the dehumidification area, the water molecules in the humid air are adsorbed by the hygroscopic silicone in the impeller, thus obtaining dryness. The dried air is sent out by the blower for user use. As the adsorbed moisture increases, the dehumidification sector gradually becomes saturated, and under the drive of the speed regulating motor, it slowly enters the regeneration zone to begin the regeneration process; After being heated to 180 ℃, the regenerated air is blown back into the regeneration area to remove the adsorbed water molecules in the impeller, which are then sent out of the machine by the fan to complete the regeneration process. After regeneration, the sector has regained its moisture absorption capacity and, driven by a speed regulating motor, slowly enters the slow cooling zone. After being cooled by dry air on the dehumidification side, it enters the dehumidification zone for dehumidification. The above-mentioned dehumidification, drying, and cooling processes occur simultaneously, with the air constantly drying and the rotor constantly regenerating, thus ensuring the continuous and stable working state of the dehumidifier and solving the disadvantages of unstable dew point and high energy consumption of other dehumidifiers.
